Melissa Sandford has been an integral part of Chiropractic for 33 years.

Owning and managing 4 independent practices has taught her the value of chiropractic mixed with the importance of understanding small businesses.

After systematising the business processes within her own practices, Melissa began to inspire Chiropractors and Chiropractic Assistants to fall in love with their Front Desk. In any Chiropractic Office the front desk team is the gateway for your clients, families and wider community.

Melissa speaks and teaches throughout Europe, inspiring Chiropractors to fall in love with life. She breaks down the complex world of running a practice and everyday life into simple steps that can be taken wherever you are on your journey in life.

Melissa loves family, friends and relationships with people. She is a wife to Rob, and mum to Bonnie, Isaac, Alex, Noah, Poppy & Ava (oh, and Lulu). She is a champion for all things chiropractic and living life from the inside out.

Wendy is an international speaker and qualified development coach with over 20 years of award-winning experience in the Chiropractic industry holding every role in the office apart from a practitioner! She has held positions with the League of Chiropractic Women, United Chiropractic Association and Lions of Chiropractic and now her STARS methodology combines the practical with the psychological to ensure teams have the strategies and mindset to make their greatest impact to the business and their community.
Her company, Northern Star Mentoring coaches awesome teams who want easy-to-implement strategies giving less stress and more efficiency in the office.

Originally finding Chiropractic through her role as a Chiropractic Assistant, Laurie is now a
Practice Manager and Team/ CA Trainer. Laurie is also the recipient of The UCA Chiropractic
Assistant of the Year Award 2024.
She is a graduate of the MGA Academy of Performing Arts, and former Professional Singer and
Performer.
Chiropractic has completely changed her life, and is a strong advocate for how Chiropractic can
have a greater impact on humanity.
She runs a Team of CAs and Associates across two busy locations, who consistently deliver
exceptional service. Laurie is also a sought after speaker- speaking and teaching on a number
of the biggest Chiropractic stages in the UK.
She believes that for a team to thrive, they must be congruent with the vision of the business
and be visual advocates of the product which they represent.
If Chiropractic is the masterpiece then The Team is the frame.
Laurie believes that every team can be trained and cultured to support the delivery of
Chiropractic efficiently and authentically, for the support of a better humanity.
Along with her colleague Dr Donald Francis, she has created Luminnate; teaching Technique,
Personal Development and Practice Management. Her hope is to nurture and inspire a world of
thriving chiropractors, in order for Chiropractic to thrive
