  • The UCA requests your company logo upon booking to add you to our website and enable our digital team to create social posts in sufficient time for the event - please send this direct to events@unitedchiropractic.org 
  • Artwork deadline: 10th September 2025. 
  • It is the responsibility of all traders to provide imagery and advertisements before the artwork deadline. 
  • If for any reason you are unable to meet the artwork deadline please email the head office team to avoid missing out on inclusion in event material. 
  • Additional Lunch & Dinner Dance tickets are available via the booking link. 
  • IMPORTANT: purchasing a trade stand package does not permit you access to the conference.
