After a terrible associate experience, Shawn didn’t want to work for anyone. She found herself in her own practice, struggling and feeling like a failure. She worked as a nurse to supplement the struggling practice and was awake most nights, worried about money, doubtful about chiropractic and wondering if she’d made the right decision. But everything changed when she hired her first coach.

She learned a million-dollar lesson: with the right systems, coach and mentors, your success will always exceed that which is achieve alone. She grew her practice and most importantly, it gave her the freedom of time, money and energy to live the life that she had always dreamed of.

Shawn has founded multiple family practices, the Chiropractic Warriors, is co-founder and chapter chair of the League of Chiropractic Women. She has held executive positions in state organisations, WCWC, Royal Chiropractic Knights and was twice recognised as Chiropractor of the Year. Now, she speaks at worldwide chiropractic events, teaching and coaching others how to run wildly successful family practices.
