There is a 14-day period after ticket purchases for a full refund.
After 14 days from purchase, there are no refunds.
This seminar is an event, similar to a concert, you are purchasing a ticket to attend the event's date and time.
If a cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the event: the seminar fee is transferable to a future seminar.
If a cancellation is made 1-7 days prior to the event: the seminar fee is non-transferable however, it can be transferred to another person for the same event.
Every attempt will be made to ensure a successful event, but schedules and speakers may change.
Events cancelled due to force major, such as weather, illness, or death will be refunded.
The UCA will not be responsible for travel & hotel expenses/losses.
